Purchasing a BRYTE bed is designed to be a worry-free experience where we take care of all the details so you can rest easy.  

 

NO COMMITMENT ORDERING. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of purchased products without penalty by contacting Bryte via email at hello@bryte.com.

HOME DELIVERY + SET-UP:  With the purchase of a BRYTE bed, we will arrange for complimentary home delivery and in-home set up.  We will also remove your old mattress at your request.

RETURNS.  To ensure your satisfaction, your BRYTE Bed may be returned to us for a full refund within 365 days from the date you first bought it, provided your BRYTE Bed is clean, undamaged, and has been used as expected with care.    Accessories (like sheets and pillows) may be returned for credit within 90 days of purchase but the Special Edition Bed Frame (available at our Embassy Showroom) is not returnable. Please contact Bryte at hello@bryte.com to obtain an authorization code for your return.  You will need that number for us to process your request.

5-YEAR CARE PACKAGE (for BRYTE Bed only).  Bryte will be with you beyond your initial purchase.  As part of our 5-year Care Package, which is included in the purchase price of your BRYTE Bed, your good night’s sleep will be supported by:

Ongoing Feedback.  Over-the-air updates and remote connectivity will:

*improve your BRYTE Bed experience over time,
*allow remote diagnostics so our BRYTE Care team can provide you support without the need for in-home visits.

Individual Care.  Although we don’t expect this to happen very often, if your BRYTE Bed requires a BRYTE Care Specialist, service will be quick and seamless—and complimentary.  Please email hello@bryte.com to request further assistance from your BRYTE Care Specialist.  We are available 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. pacific time.
